Winni Cakes & More — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I got the cake from one of my friend on my birthday i.e today 30 th June 2020 as a surprise gift but trust me the cake is smelling worst than eggshells and taste is like i can't bear even a bite and the worst part is i cant even complaint to my friend who sent me this as a gift as i dont want to hurt their emotions but if Winni staff is reading this then they can track by my name itself to do some thing from their side but i know they dont do any thing except just sending their regular reply as on below other messages but for their info cake ordered from Raj Nagar extention Winni branch Ghaziabad mentioning my name on greeting card ...........i dont know about the cost but it is not even worth Rs 50/- Never ever recommend to anyone............ I had a horrible experience with Winni. ordered a cake - rainbow cake with cream and little fondant. received a cake with little cream and mostly fondant. the cake was white layers and not rainbow layers as I had ordered. the cake was supposed to arrive before 2 pm. it reached me at 5.30 pm in the middle of the birthday party. half melted. when I raised a query after the party regarding the poor quality of the cake and that it was not made to order, I was told that since the cake is consumed, there is nothing that they will do. they charged me a bomb for that cake and the service was so so poor. never order from Winni. their vendor - Cake Port Lakshmi Nagar- is really unprofessional. not only your cake but your entire experience will get spoilt. All my review for this site is based on my experience for my first order with this website. So, everything was fine till I placed the order and it was delivered to the destination. It was a surprise but came out to be a mood spoiler. I sent it for my sister with a message - happy 4th anniversary but the message on cake was happy birthday bhaiya bhabhi. I don’t know even if they passed the message to their vendor. The worst part was that i wanted to bring to their notice and the number mentioned on the site is the only number and was an invalid number. I tried to reach them via chat and email and they are reverting me back saying that my number is not reachable. Never faced such a pathetic service for any...
