A Charming Ambience and Extensive Book Collection, but Room for Improvement

I recently had the opportunity to visit Wood Box Cafe, located in Indirapuram and Let me begin by applauding the delightful ambience of the Cafe. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior design is aesthetically pleasing, with comfortable seating arrangements that create a cozy and relaxing environment. The soft background music added to the overall ambiance, making it a perfect place to unwind and immerse oneself in the world of books.

The quality of their food and drinks fell short of my expectations. While the menu offered a decent variety, the execution and presentation of the dishes were not on par with the overall experience. The taste and flavor of the food left something to be desired, and the drinks lacked the finesse I had hoped for. Enhancing the culinary offerings would undoubtedly elevate the overall dining experience.

Additionally, I noticed that the training of the servers could benefit from improvement. While the staff was polite and accommodating, their knowledge about the menu and recommendations was limited. It would be great to see the servers receive more comprehensive training to enhance their understanding of the food and drink offerings. This would enable them to provide more informed and personalized service to the guests, further enhancing the overall customer experience.

By addressing these areas, the cafe has the potential to become an exceptional destination for both literary enthusiasts and food...

This was my first time at this cafe. Ambience is lively. Staff is polite and respectful. Food is good. Tasted amazing. We had ordered a 50-50 pasta, vegetarian dimsums, hot coffee and vegetarian sandwich. Out of all this I liked the sandwich the most. Soft bread and great stuffing. Will visit again soon and update on the rest. But as for my first I had a good experience 😍

So I visited the restaurant again and tried their veg platter which had sweet potato fries, french fries with dip, dimsums with schezwan sauce, spring roll and a mini veg burger loaded with cheese. Out of the whole platter I loved the burger a lot. I didn't enjoy the sweet potato fries. Other than that we had ordered Chicken cheesy sandwich since we had good experience with the veg cheese sandwich we experimented but this time there was something a miss. The boiled corn given along with the sandwich was horrible. It was rotten it felt and had a soul smell. So that wasn't something I liked. The Veg platter seemed over priced for the taste. After Hudson Lane, WoodBox Cafe dropped it's another outlet here in Indirapuram and trust me, it's as amazing as that is with a plus point of outdoor seating with Sparkling lighting setup❤️❤️
