The manager was talking like drunked , how can a shopkeeper say get out to a pregnant women , Very rude behaviour of manager ,he is shouting loudly at me in front of everyone I don't know why he is shouting at me just to ask why u don't have phone pe. This small question is nt a big thing which I am asking being a tax payer if I'm paying tax definitely I will questioning if they are dealing in cash payments. They can find someway some solution but this illiterate behaviour is not exceptable at all. The manager is very cheap kind of person I hv no words for him to explain his brutal behaviour. He started shouting me saying get out just becoz I hv no cash..... Shouting me to leave Very bad experience i suggest everyone go with your husband or father , he did this to me only because I was alone with my 3 years kid. Pls requesting people don't go there. choose any other play zone completely avoid Shipra Mall play zone. I'm just going to lodge a complaint against them taking a legal...

It's super waste.of Money.

All rides are super costly and most of them are broken or not working at all. There is nobody to make you understand and guide you about the games and how to do it and rules. By the time your kids pick up those instructions, the games time or level is exhausted.

Believe me.

There are games, for which you paid 70 Rupees to 💯 and it's just last for 10 second . Yes take it seriously . 10 second only.

This Masti zone is very outdated comparatively to other mall and gaming zone. Out of 6 Bumper car only 3 was working and rest was broken and these 3 was also just average in performance.

If you take you step back . And just think about.the reality.

Your kids are not enjoying actually.

They are.just excited by number.of games they saw there.

My 3000 INR was exhausted...

Very Very Bad experience !! Cheaters !!Big time cheaters . There game point doesn't add in card .. Every person there will tell you different points and different stories . It's not like that we can't buy these small gifts for kids but kids has some emotions & motivation with winning the small gifts . Today one of there executive said you have 80 points somehow I took the screenshot of few tickets points and when I calculated they were 279 . When I created hype then they said you have 450 points .Again the question is not lil gifts it's like cheating your customers . 30 percent games are not working . Even one of there executive said few games have no point .. Nothing is mentioned...
