Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I remember eating from wow momos in Kolkata airport a few years back and was expecting the same here. So I went in confidently and ordered two plates. This was the most disappointing momos I have ever had in my entire life. The momos served were cold and not fresh at all. Please NEVER EAT from this outlet. Momos were disintegrating in the plates. WORST momos experience ever! On top of this the service was SUPER SLOW. One guy was just continuously on his phone and was not even concerned with what was going on. Please don’t get trapped by the name of wow momos. There was NOTHING WOW about it 😡 I waited for 3.5 years for this vacation to India only to eat this worst...

This is Under a franchise however the quality and quantity are maintained as per the regular standards and with the similar kind of restaurants.....

Absolutely terrible eXperience. This is by far the worst place I’ve eveR been to. The sTaff clearly has no sense oF etiquette or basiC courtesy. They were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in Taking our order. We waited endlessly while being ignored, only to Be treated with attitude wheN we asKed for serviCe.
