HappyNest Cafe — Restaurant in Goa Island

I had visited here not too long ago after a tiring trip. It's a small, cute cafe located just off the highway. The ladies who work here are pretty lovely and nice, with great customer service.

My major problem was the lack of comfortable seating within the cafe. They have one table and a few low-quality plastic chairs around it. The chair facing the food counter doesn't even have a stable base.

I was sitting on that chair and was uncomfortable right from the start. I could barely enjoy my time there because of how poorly they set up their indoor seating. They don't even have a high chair for the designated space for people who prefer to eat alone. You're expected to sit on a regular plastic chair (or, rather, two chairs piled together). How very comfortable.

The owner seems too lazy to make proper changes regarding the comfort of the customers. This explains why so few people visit here.

Next, they have applied five-star hotel prices to their menu. The cafe is owned by a Goan Catholic, but seeing them put such exorbitant prices only made my day worse. It felt like I was dining at Starbucks with the poor seating and average dining experience.

I'd recommend they lower their prices. This cafe isn't a shack to have such prices. I tasted their coffee with ice cream, and it was very bland and mediocre. I'd give it a 2/10 and only drank it because I was so thirsty that day.

Overall, don't visit here if you're planning for a quick, inexpensive visit. Considering the quality of drinks and dining experience, you're better off staying away...

Eulalia has been a hidden gem that I'm very very grateful for!

She makes the best keto brownies I've ever had. They're rich, chocolatey and just the right amount of sweet. She understands keto well, so I can be 100% sure that she uses the right ingredients that are keto appropriate. I've ordered the same thrice now in the last 2 months and her quality has always been top notch.
