The menu is a delightful journey through multicontinental cuisine, offering a variety of dishes that cater to every palate. A standout is the Boneless Chicken Biryani, a masterpiece specially crafted by ’CHEF SHAMBU’. Each forkful is laden with succulent chicken leg pieces, marinated to perfection and nestled within fragrant rice.

For seafood lovers, the Chonak Fish Thali is a must-try. It’s a harmonious blend of local flavors that captures the essence of Goan cuisine, leaving you craving for more.

And then, there are the amazing desserts. The Caramel Pudding is a sweet finale that shouldn’t be missed. Its smooth, creamy texture and rich caramel flavor provide a satisfying end to a remarkable meal.

Spacious hall with many tables. Good & tasty food. Beer & other alcoholic drinks, including Goa's own caju & coconut feni, are served here. There is a small parking space in front. Deserts too are available. They have a cake & pastries shop adjacent to the restaurant. The owner is a very simple gentleman. The Manager, Mr. Vijay, has a humble personality. Waiter Domnic with a smiling face, is very polite and attentive. Another waiter, Pankaj is always on the run. (Running waiter) Make sure, he has taken your order properly, or else, he will be back in a minute. I will not be doing justice without naming Chef Shambhunath, whose expertise in cooking, satisfies your tongue. I have zero tolerance for spicy food. For me, he cooks even the Goan Chicken Xacuti non-spicy but yet tasty. All the staff including their delivery man, Sandeep, I have had association with during the last 5 years, have been very polite and have  maintained cordial relationship.

Whenever, I have been coming for vacation/work to Saligão, I have mostly preferred to dine at or take away from, this Colors Bar and Restaurant, which has sober music playing in the background.

'Colours' has become my favourite place for dine in, as well as recommendation for get-togethers. Afternoon fish thali is a must recommend. Children enjoy their chicken curry dishes, along with the naans and rotis'. I done take away from this place, and they always delivered without hesitation and on time. Dine-in recommendation, try their tandoori along with butter chicken, or chicken tikka masala, sitting at home enjoying the finger licking taste. If you like mutton & briyani, I was pleasantly suprised to get a good mutton biryani, different from your typical roadside dabbas restaurants.

Being new in Saligao, I was on a hunt for good family friendly place to dine-in, ultimately it also had to be a restaurant for home delivery (during times of emergency), and I think I've found it in Colors restaurant. While there could be a word or two to improve, I'm still impressed that they're a place in Saligao that provides good food, dine-in as well...
