If anyone want to experience the most pathetic customer experience in your life time please feel free to visit this flop resturant.
This is the worst resturant I have ever visited.
The resturent have a good ambient, and located near the crowded tourist spot.
They have provide live music for customers.
There is a large LED panel, which we can watch sports or music.
Even though all facilities are there, but the missing fact is customer hospitality.
Each one of the staff have no responsibility aginst customer.
The food was not too bad, but staff should change the attitude.
As a suggestion, recruit more staffs here becuase your restaurant is located near a beautiful tourist destination,
And first the you need to remove the LED borad in the front gate, it is misleading the customer,
We Get in the hotel becuase we saw the barbeque and Pizza in the board.
Bu in the menu we did not find pizza,
And the barbeque which was a starter, which was not expected.
We have order only one pasta, but they provide as two pasta which is not ordered. After a long wait for the person who takes order, we have raise the issue, and they have tak back one pasta.
And they forgot to give the ordered barbeque.
After we raise the complaint they give us the barbeque, which was shocking when we saw for first rime, we thought it was a normal barbeque, but it was a starter.
After we finished the dinner, we have waited for more than 10 min to get the Bill.
They will only notice us, if we raise our hand many times.
Becuase of this extreme time loss we have revised our plan and dropped visiting of some place.
The issue is not with the staff, the issue is with the entire management of this restaurant.
Better train the staff to handle multiple tables at the same time.
Please add more staffs for taking orders and supply food.

Surprisingly place is big but none of the staff including owner is ready to deal with guest they don't even know how to place the tables for the view. Guest doing things on there own and staff owner are completely clueless.
Now what you expect if there is so much customer ? I am sure we all think this is the chance to serve the best with smile so people remember the experience they have it here today.
Let's start about the restaurant dining experience. Owner was dress up like Nandu sabka bandu (Movie Raja babu) that was so unpleasant and trust me exactly look alike. I ordered beer chicken fried and fish raw fry, can you imagine how much time it took 45 minutes. Both dishes was without salt and zero spices, I complain to the waiter that this is the condition. Waiter reply.... they made like this you don't know anything. I requested them to provide mustered sauce or red chilli or green chilli.... answer was NO. After little argument they provided me with Chinese green chilli sauce. India batting finish and we rush to take the bill because we dont wanna continue there waiter was when owner get free he will make the bill and you need to wait. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
For owner You have great location and no doubt as a owner you were there but this is the feedback for you and your team how they treating guests.

We had taken just a few bites from each of the 5 plates of fried rice and the chili chicken when we realized the issue.
The most shocking part of this ordeal was when we brought the matter to the manager's attention. Instead of addressing the problem properly, the manager simply took our food away and returned with the exact same dishes, reheated. But that's not the worst part - they only brought back 4 plates of fried rice, leaving us with insufficient chicken when the reheated food arrived. This forced us to order an additional 2 plates of chili chicken to complete our meal.
What truly disappointed us was the complete lack of courtesy from the restaurant staff. There was no apology, no attempt at reconciliation, and absolutely no discount offered for the inconvenience we endured. To add to the frustration, we were charged for 5 plates of fried rice and 4 plates of chili chicken, even though we didn't receive a full and satisfactory meal.
We had hoped that, at the very least, they would offer an extra plate of fried rice to make amends for their blunder, but that was not the case.
