Heliconia — Restaurant in Goa

I wanted to share my recent restaurant experience. Last night, I dined there with my family, including my husband, mother, and grandmother. The most significant issue of the evening was the incredibly long wait for our main course, which was just a simple dish of vegetable noodles.

The delay was so severe that it caused my grandmother, who has diabetes, to almost faint. We became very concerned and even contacted our doctor for advice on how to assist her. Throughout the evening, I approached the manager multiple times to inquire about the status of our order, but each time, he assured us it would be ready in 5 minutes, which ended up lasting an hour.

I almost had to enter the kitchen to get something to eat!

I must express my disappointment with the restaurant's service. We requested some form of compensation on the bill to address the inconvenience, but the only offer we received was dessert, which unfortunately turned out to be quite unappetizing. Specifically, their tiramisu looked nothing like traditional tiramisu.

The team at Heliconia was simply amazing. It’s a very cute tropical restaurant with all the decor very well thought about. From the napkins to the wall paper, everything was simply stunning.
