My partner and I had thought of checking out this branch of KFC since the one near the bus stand was utterly disgraceful. To our surprise on entering, the kiosks actually worked! This made the ordering process a whole lot easier. The problem lied in the order system? So they had a screen showing whose orders were ready and the ones getting prepared. Being understaffed, they hadn’t made the order the way the screen showed us and we had to wait an additional 20+ minutes for our food. Regardless, really friendly and attentive. The food was pretty okayish; you know, your standard KFC India. About the ambience, I don’t know if it was because we had come a little late and the staff were in the mood of closing, or that the tables are generally kept that way; we had noticed all the vacant tables were messy/had leftover trays of the previous customers and no one seemed to be around to clean up after them? The washroom too, if i may add was honestly right near the counter and kitchen if I may add and didn’t have any door, for obvious hygienic reasons. The POS system is usually down, forcing customers to place their order first and then go separately to the counter to pay — a confusing and time-wasting process. Orders are often messed up: burgers with cheese are served without cheese, and the type of bun is changed depending on availability without informing the customer. The mayos are frequently missing or replaced with whatever is available, again without any notice.
Even when the staff is informed about their mistake, they replace the burger, but only after a long wait, causing further inconvenience. Overall, the staff seems uninterested, shows attitude, and lacks basic customer service skills.

When I inquired about it, the response from staff members Priti and another male employee was shockingly rude and unprofessional. What made matters worse was the manager’s indifference. Instead of addressing the situation or apologizing for the inconvenience, he chose to console his staff while completely ignoring us, leaving us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. ‘With a high rating of 4.7, I had expected much better service.
