I recently visited the Pizza hut outlet in Margao Goa, and unfortunately my experience left much to be desired. The garlic bread i order, was baked to the point of being as hard as rusks, diminishing its appeal.

The pizza was priced at 600 rupees, fell short in several aspects. Firstly, the toppings were notably very less , failing to justify the premium price. Moreover the pizza wasn't even cut into pieces properly adding to the overall dissatisfaction.

One can't help but wonder if there is a lack of adherence to protocols and SOP tests by the parent brand overseeing this outlet. A thorough evaluation and corrective measures should be in place to ensure consistent quality across all Pizza Hut establishments.
