Silver Star Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

It's all about today 7th Dec 2023 around 1:30 because restaurants closing timing is 3 o'clock so I ordered chicken biriyani which is like authentic food of india. When I start to eat it not even one spoon of raita and biriyani I found both where spoiled I informed waiter and the staff but they were acting like they don't care but when I told them to call cook but nobody bothered. And they said if you want to it that spoiled one than you eat or else you can leave the table than I said give me the spoiled one in the container so I can report it to fssai because of goa govt because I know and I believe in them that they will take the correct action on it than they sent one guy from bar who is very helpful and than he offered another meal but I refused because when the guy came forward other staff who was in the night such as waiter bouncers they ignored him so I just asked the person who came forward what are you going to do than he said let it be so I left the table. And this was not my first time to go there. So I suggest the people before ordering something tel the cook or staff to taste because food quality...

We had breakfast here and the food was very bad orange fresh squeeze but taste like old bad oranges,the guys who serve us wasn’t really paying attention to what we were ordering seem like he’s always in the rush when we were the only table at that time no attention to detail what so ever. We still came back late night around 11pm order a few drinks there were a DJ taking song request from people so we decided to request a song as well but the DJ never play our song but he did play other request after us. When we decide to leave, out of curiosity, I ask him if there were a reason why he didn’t play our song, but then he went on and say that he wasn’t taking anymore request so I ask him why he took the request note from our host, search the song and then decide not to play? He didn’t have any word at that...

Unhygenic, Smelly, Stinking and Stale food in Veg and Non Veg both. Many other customer were complaining same to the hotel manager but no action on that. Very tricky hotel management who will not let u speak anything on them and will threat you indirectly like local goons.
