Luianna Resort — Hotel in Goa

I warn you now this is probably the best review that I have every given on here and that is for good reason. If you have any doubt regarding my honesty please feel free to read my previous reviews I think you will agree I only give credit where credit is due. The reasone i mention this is that I have found the trip advisor reviews for Goa to be some of the most Dubious I have ever read.||If you are looking for peace and tranquility than look no further. ||Luianna is run by husband and wife team lui and Anna and thei two boys. ||The place is clean and kept immaculate. Lui spent many years working as a host on cruise ships and this really shines through. Anna is one of the most hard working guest house owners I have ever met and greets you every time with the most infectious smiles.||Back to the guest house I have room 111 which is actually a studio apartment on the first floor with a very private balconie (very handy for tanning the bits the beach just can't teach;) the view from here is extraordinary you look out over huge meadow wih rolling hills in the distance and not a building in site I spent many hours here sat watching Eagles swooping at times only feet from me. the room is clean comfortable and in excelant condition with proper hidden wiring not like some of the exposed live cables favoured by other Goan establishments.||The rooms are fitted with A/C ( not that I have had to use it) satellite TV my studio has a kitchen and dining table but cheaper rooms are available without (my tip pay the extra the balconie is worth it) the other rooms have balconies as well they in line so still good but not as private. ||To sum up this guesthouse is by no meens a Five star resort what it is is superbly managed clean comfortable guest house in wonderfull setting.||I will not be surprised when I next return to find that are fully booked out for months.||Thanks for...

Rooms:||Rooms are clean and tidy, nothing to complaint about. Has a small balcony to every room, which is nice to chill out and have tea/coffee.||||Hospitality:||It is not a commercialized resort or hotel, but it is nicely run by a family. Lady is very hard working and tries everything to fulfill all your requests.||||About Resort:||It is not on the beach, but it is just few kms from beach and shall cost you 3 times lesser than what beach resort/huts will cost you.||Nearest beach is Rajbaugh beach which is non crowded beach.||||We did enjoyed our stay here and we do recommend...

Rooms were of a very high standard for a 2 star property and were kept spotlessly clean by the hardworking owners. Satellite tv in the rooms was an added bonus. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful and even provided early morning coffee. They also recommended the USSR restaurant nearby which was extremely good.||It is a bit of a stroll to the beach [15mins.] or a taxi ride for 100r to Patnem. If you want a friendly base this would be a good choice but I would recommend bike hire...
