I got a whats app msg at 9pm saying that the dish was served to us and consumed by us hence we were charged. The dish was ordered by another table. But we neither received the dish at our table nor consumed it. All in all they accepted their mistake and has promised a refund. We were a group of 6 who visited last evening. Service was so so slow. No waiters ...very few of them. Finally waiter came we gave our order. Food came after 45 minutes drinks came even later. Food was okish nothing special. After a while lights were switched off one section we thought its closing time. We wanted a bottle of water but no waiter in sight to even attend us. Anyway we finished and asked for the bill since it was dark could not go thru the bill so just paid n left. This morning went thru the bill and noticed something of Rs. 190 was punched in and we did not even order. I called the reception and anyway no one addressed this issue. Someone was supposed to call me by 12-12:30 but no one has till now past 5.30pm. It is really sad that such a famous outlet is doing this. Beware people check your bill before you leave. Very...
Read moreI'd definitely like to edit and re-rate my experience from the recent past. Went for the Special Brunch - 12th Feb & paid a ransom for the fare & service dished out. Half the dishes were almost empty & refills were at their own pace. Secondly, the attitude of the staff was downright disappointing- starters that were meant to be served on the seat were about to get over & it was with great reluctance that the waiter agreed to get the fresh refill. Then, when one started serving, another pop's up & asks the server to give only two pieces each & move ahead. WHAT? Seriously? Are we only for charity? Haven't we paid? That made me take a closer look & realised that most of the people there were new staff, with a "care no s#£t" attitude. We asked for some "fresh lime soda" & were served a 3/4th of a glass, which we politely sent back & asked for a FULL glass. Management of Brasserie - please take heed & stop the Rot before it gets...
Read moreOne of my go-to place for some good Indian Food. Best for a group outings or even for birthday treats etc.. A very friendly environment. Ambience is amazing. It's jam packed during evenings mostly. Most people do not know that even general public is allowed to dine at their restaurant with a small token payment of Rs.30 per person for the entry. Their rates are all inclusive of taxes and extremely reasonable than most other fine dining places in Panjim. Even the alcohol rates are satisfactory. The service may be a bit slow depending on the crowd. That's the only minus among so many good points. Must try stuff at The Brasserie are the Chicken Tandoori , Biryani, Cheese Garlic Naan and Chicken crispy. They are a...
