Outside sitting is nowhere marked as smoking area. But they allow public smoking inside the outside sitting area of the cafe. I went there with my friends early Oct 2024, We wanted to sit out but because almost every table was smoking we had to go inside. We complained to their manager Shiva. He promised to take it to their management. Next I visited mid Oct 2024. The inside AC sitting was completely full. So we were forced to sit outside but we faced the same issue . People were smoking on almost every table. When complained Shiva said I cannot do anything when people want to smoke here. Public smoking is dangerous to the people around and specially in a place where pizzas , ice creams and kid friendly food is served. So this place is not kid - friendly. Pregnant women , and people who do not smoke and want to sit and have a cup of coffee without damaging their lungs are not welcome here( clearly said by the manager because he said we cannot stop people who smoke in their cafe) when it’s so easy to request people to smoke outside and come in. Why don’t you’ll serve alcohol and coffee instead of ice creams and pizzas?? They cannot stop people from smoking. But they are okay for non smoking people not coming to their cafe. Hope the management does something about it. My kid and friends love the gelato and sandwiches here but sadly can’t visit because...
