Vacation is a time to explore and while I was in Goa I pounced upon the gem ’Kitchen on Top’. Located on the third floor, this restaurant adorns a beautiful ambience divided in indoor as well as outdoor seating. The seating has interesting quirky prints from flowers to abstract. Bean bags and swings made for a lovely addition in the seating options.
The restaurant is known for its scrumptious modern style dishes carefully curated from a menu which caters to multi exotic cuisine. The menu was divided in sections with quirky names and cute graphics which makes for a great visual impact.
Coming to the F & B, we started with Jodha Mahal, the veg platter which had Jodhabhai Paneer, Massakali (Paneer Tikka), Mexican bharwan Aloo, Cajun Paneer, Malai Brocolli, Haddippa mushrooms came sizzing with coal accompanied with dip and salad. My favourite was massakali which impressed me with its flavours and texture.
Next was Chicken Tandoori Momo….big size, great stuffing and absolutely yummy taste
Our refreshing mocktails included Tangy Mango, Choco Mango Martini, Rose Flavoured Soda, Green Island. Choco Mango Martini was my favorite which not only looked beautiful but also had a yummy chocolate flavor too
Chicken Bruschetta looked lip smacking and was so delicious Five Star Tikka had chicken which tasted like malai. Honestly I would give it 5 stars for its flavour.
Mussalam was tender, soft and yummy. It was a very unique dish which I had not tasted earlier. Chicken was cooked in tandoor and then tossed in gravy along with rice. Sizzling hot and delectable to the core.
Tandoori Fish was absolutely delicious and yummy
Veg and Chicken Manchow Soup was served with crispy noodles and was just so warm and nice.
Paneer Sheek Kebab was a unique twist to the paneer dishes I have had till date
Awadhi Paneer was cooked like kadhai paneer with capsicum and onion Dal Makhani had a classy taste and was delectable
Chur Paratha was flaky and yum
Dessert was about Pahadi Gajar Halwa and Moogdal Halwa which delighted me with its perfect sweetness.
All covid precautions were being followed at Kitchen on Top.

Caribbean Golgappas You must have had pani puri before but this dish was truly unique. With crunchy golgapps stuffed with avacado salsa served with Meetha chutney and Caribbean pani makes it even special and drool worthy 💯
Malgudi Days These are chicken strips coated with south style masala! Its surely one of my most favourite dish here ♥️
Tandoori Red Tikka Chap This was the first time I have tried Soya chap, and to be honest I loved it😋. Its prepared the Delhi Street style way and served with green chutney.
Shish Touk This dish was truly unique yet scrumptious 🤩 Its a combination of creamy beiruti hummus served with Chicken kebab and Pita bread. Surely one of the best hummus I have ever had💯
Nimbu Mirch Chicken 🍋🌶️ At the first glance we couldn't expect this have a great taste, but to our surprise this wok fried chicken waas flavoursome and tasty with a pinch of lemon, chillies and burnt garlic 🧄 💯♥️
Classic Ceaser Its a combination of lettuce, grilled chicken, boiled eggs, parmesan and garlic croutons. So healthy yet so delish 🤩
Nasi Goreng Malaysian street style mix fried rice with prawns waffers, chicken satay, shrimp and 🍳 The combination of the ingredients makes it truly flavoursome and a perfect main course dish

Read moreOne of the worst means worst Resturant I and my husband ever had , first thing when we enter inside the restaurant they said this side ac is not working too much , that side u can sit as ac is getting too cool but when we sit it was sweating like a hell actually to be frank ac weee not working only , they switch on their cooler which was not at all cooling , sec thing when we are asking for fish thali they said not available, so we said we want to order calamari golden fry which is 400/- approx and the quantity as per the price is tooo bad it was like we had Prasad of their temple seriously me n my husband are very disappointed with this Resturant , then we ask for Goan prawns curry and rice which is worth of 520/- useless food I ever had taste 🙏🏻🥲we ask their steward is it Goan prawns curry before giving order so he said yes and when it comes on our table what we seee 5 prawns n not Goan curry it’s Indian curry which is just tomato puree that’s it , you guys seriously cheated , for other guest also u do same thing I guess , when guest are coming with happiness n with expectation u guys disappoint them n to us this is not good what ur doing with us , make as per the price quantity n quality , our expectations was too high but I will never visit to this restaurant and I will suggest others also not to go n have food bcz this is not worth restaurant its worthless Resturant , virgin mojito was ok not good it was flavour mixing ,and then we ask for extra half rice it took 20 min so we waited and then we said cancel that half rice , now u guys just think if u go other Resturant and u ask for extra rice does it take 20 min it will take hardly 2/3 min , very very bad experience it was like a hell of me n my husband, bakwass Resturant, And when we were paying the bill and we were giving feedback to one of the steward name Akshay he is like not bothered not even care for us , showing his attitude
