I visited the US PIZZA outlet in Bainguinim, Goa with high hopes of trying their brownie, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be a complete disappointment. We arrived at the outlet at around 10:30 pm, with half an hour still left before the closing time, but to our dismay, we were informed that they had run out of brownie. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the staff was incredibly rude and suggested that we go to a neighboring café to have it. The overall service was pathetic, and we were left feeling incredibly disappointed with the experience. As someone who has been a loyal customer of US PIZZA outlets in other locations, this experience was a complete letdown. Awful and rude customer service. Me along with my friend, drove close to 10 kilometres and reach the US PIZZA outlet about 30 minutes before their closing time at 11 pm. The staff rudely informs us that they have run out of brownies, offers no apology. He doesn't bother to check with his staff if they have it or not.
