TIPSY RESTAURANT AND BAR — Restaurant in Goa Island

This is my honest review about this restaurant When I entered the restaurant, it was completely empty — no customers at all. I noticed a person with coloured hair who, I believe, is the owner or the one managing the place. While talking to him, I came to know that it’s actually a cloud kitchen that recently expanded into a dine-in restaurant.

I first ordered a peanut dish, but honestly, I didn’t like it — it was too tangy for my taste. The owner personally came over to ask for my feedback, and when I told him that I didn’t enjoy the dish, he immediately took it off the bill. That gesture really impressed me — it showed great customer service.

I ordered the Lepo Fish Rava Fry, but it turned out to be more like a pakoda. The outer coating was very thick, which spoiled the authentic taste of the fish. It seems the chef might not be from Goa or isn’t familiar with Goan cuisine. Even the simple fish fried rice was unnecessarily complicated, and I didn’t like it at all.

Overall, if you’re planning to go for a party or a group dinner, this isn’t a great place for enjoyment. However, if you’re alone and just want to have some food, relax, and watch TV, then I’d definitely recommend visiting. You can enjoy a few drinks with some snacks and have a...
