We had our sisters and brother in law's for rakshabandhan with us who travelled from out station. And seeing the reviews of this restaurant, we had been there for dinner After having accepted our reservation at 11pm, we got our table at 11:30pm, initially they took our orders, then said that main course is not available, and after some time once again said, it's available and to our surprise we were served plain Roti (without butter / ghee), which none of our 15 members, would have consumed!!! But we had to, coz we couldn't let go of the served food, coz we never waste food. Ghee/ butter was not available at that time, even then the restaurant accepted our reservation. If they would have clearly said that they won't be able to serve us, we would have moved to another restaurant. Then, when we ordered rice, we faced the same issue.. initially they denied, then when we revised and ordered a starter, they confirmed our rice order.

Another surprise to us was an additional of an item in the bill which we never ordered!! As soon as we complained to them, they removed it, as they knew that was never ordered. The dish (curry and dal both) we ordered was to be served for 4-5 members from one dish, as confirmed from restaurant staff person. When we received the dish, it was so small that it could be emptied into 2small bowls, and the price of that was 400/- per just curry (sky rocket rates, worthless service and behaviour)

We were left helpless at the end and starved... We asked them to serve us the proper order which we had ordered or reduce the billed amount... But he never compromised by providing any additionals, we were lucky enought to have booked from Swiggy dineout, that we were able to get 25% off, orelse the restaurant would have charged us the whole amount.

Seeing our dineout discount, he said that I would provide the same discount, if you pay me directly.

Not one of the worst, but I would say "it's the worst..."

I'll end by saying a line which the staff person said to us, "you visited at our closing time, so only the remains will be served". This was quoted in front of the restaurant owner. We never had heard from any restaurant these kind of answers.

Never visit this restaurant

Every restaurant which after accepting reservation couldn't serve food to its customers, should be highlighted in this way, so that they get to know the importance of food. It's good to say upfront no, if serving food is not possible, rather than accepting reservation for just profits and no food!!

And not 2, we had ordered 3 sabhi (curry) & intotal 5 dal for 15 people. Just when the main course repeat order was denied to be served, we started complaining the staff and the one who was also serving.

But, still you aren't accepting that it was a mistake from you're end, to accept reservation and not serve...

We were planning for the diwali dinner with cousins and we were around 25 people. So visited this place to pre-book the space and food.

They were having plenty of options for sitting indoor & outdoor. We selected fixed menu option of 650+ GST. Finalizing menu was very easy with manager Neerajbhai as well as it's staff who offered tasting of the items prior to finalizing.

When we reached venue, everything was well set as per the requirements. Food served without any waiting period. They served every food variety with required span to enjoy it. Food was really delicious.
