Review: I have never known the true taste of pizza until I tried the Napoli style in Rome. It was then I realized that my taste buds were being scammed by the biggest con artists (dom and hut). Longing to go back to Italy to savor those succulent sundried tomatoes & fresh mozzarella on the stretchy dough and crumbly crisp crust. But alas that craving has come to an end, stumbled at this gem of a place through swiggy dine-out. Got all the elements of an authentic Italian pizza; the dough is freshly made- hand stretched, topped with fresh ingredients imported from Italy tossed in a wood-fired oven.

Traditional Neapolitan pizza has charring on both the edges and bottom. Charring is a result of the high heat from baking the dough directly in the oven and the heat coming down from the oven ceiling. The crust becomes crispy and charred on the bottom. It also develops charred spots. This spotting is called Leopard, the big, brown bubbles that develop on the crust as it is cooked. The bubbles form a spotting pattern similar to that of a leopard’s coat. Hence, why it is called “leopard”.The charred spots add to the flavor of the pizza. As the charring darkens, the crust becomes bitter. The sugars are released from the dough and they start to caramelize. The sweetness of the tomato sauce and the creaminess of the cheese combined with the bitterness of the crust create a balanced and flavorful pizza.

Totally overrated place. Went there after going through reviews expecting pleasant experience . Pizza was average. French fries too. Rather than taking bill first which the man at counter was printing, I asked for amount and transferred online. It turned out to be my mistake as the gentleman! made me realised hard way when I went through bill to realise that apart from CGST and SGST, they charged me Optional service charge at 7.5% Of the bill amount. When I asked that same GENTLEMAN! , he said it's optional and I shall have checked it before making payment. My mistake obviously to enter you pizza outlet that led this mistake happening. Later he said, since I have made online payment , they can't refund me that Rs 118/- (Optional service charge at 7.5% of the bill amount) , I can take an item like sprite 300 ml can which they had priced at Rs 125 per can. Later they refund me Rs 118 when I opted for no option but a cash refund.

And no, it's not out of confusion or by chance, a lot many customers have raised this issue and yet rather than stopping this, they are habitually doing so. Thank you for ruining our dinner and making sure we never...

Absolutely awful experience. The place was clearly understaffed, with way too many customers and not nearly enough employees to handle it. But instead of at least acknowledging the situation or updating customers, the staff just ignored us completely. We waited forever for a small pizza, and every time we asked for an update, they either brushed us off or flat-out ignored us. No courtesy, no apology—just attitude and laziness.

When the pizza finally arrived, it was a total disappointment. Lukewarm, soggy crust, bland sauce, and barely any toppings. Honestly, I would have been better off grabbing a frozen pizza from the grocery store.
