Overall place and ambience is good but we visit restaurants to have food and the food quantity was very very less compared to the price. We ordered fried rice worth 265/- and the quantity was so less that even my 4 Years old daughter was not full. She was still hungry after completing fried rice. They are thieves, looting people's money in the name of restaurants.
Edit to respond restaurant's reply: I do not see any industry standard mentioning 280gms of fried rice for 265/-. This is not the first restaurant I have visited and I can confidently say that there is no such industry norms. Every restaurant defines pricing and quantity to make profits as per greediness. In standard restaurants (3*), we get around 400gms of fried rice for 250/-. This is standard
You checked CCTV footage about fried rice but did you check entire CCTV footage? Fried rice was shared between 2 kids - 4 Years old and 2 years old kids and 1 adult (myself). My 4 Years and 2 years old kids had fried rice and sabji roti after having fried rice. That means the quantity wasn't even sufficient to a 4 Years old kid. Still you are defending yourself. That's a shame!
Please upload entire CCTV video here so that everyone knows about quantity of each dish we ordered and how did we...

Read moreComing to this place since last 2 years. and I found hospitality is a big question here. I went through dental treatment and ordered a dal khichdi. Less dal lot of rice inside which was not cooked well. I was Unable to eat so requested to cook well or make a small portion semi liquid. I don’t think I need to explain how it could be done. To my utter surprise a waiter was told to crush it in grinder. It came crushed like a baby food. Without caring to warm it up or make it to a proper consistency. If it was a busy day I could have ignored it. No one even bothered to ask at the end if it was ok or eatable. Have experienced this kind of insensitive and non bothering behavior couple of times. So bothered to write a...
