We recently visited Trimandir Samrasi Premium Gujarati Food near Adalaj to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a group of 17 people. We had high expectations based on the reputation of the place and were especially looking forward to authentic Gujarati cuisine.

Food Quality (5/5): Let’s start with the positive—the food itself is absolutely excellent. Fresh, traditional, and truly premium in terms of taste and quality. Every item was delicious and well-prepared, and we appreciated the effort put into the variety and flavors.

Service & Staff Behaviour (1/5): Unfortunately, the entire experience was overshadowed by the extremely poor behaviour of the staff. While we understand that the serving team consists of volunteers from the mandir, the way they treated us was very disappointing. It felt as if they were doing us a favor by serving food, not providing a paid service. Their tone and body language came off as rude and indifferent, giving an impression that we were being fed out of charity.

We paid ₹250 per person, which is fair for the quality of food—but certainly not for the way we were treated. Hospitality matters, especially in a family-oriented place tied to a religious setting. We expected respect and basic courtesy, but unfortunately, it was not shown.

Final Thoughts: We loved the food but will think twice before returning, simply because the dining experience should be about both taste and treatment. A humble request to the management: please consider training the staff on basic hospitality. Good food deserves...
