7colours Multi Cuisine Restaurant & Banquet — Restaurant in Gujarat

We have visited this restaurant on my mothers birthday on 20-May and decided to take dynein near pool side, but this was my biggest mistake. So many issue we faced in this restaurant and did not expected from such a known and as well as expensive Restaurant.

Only 1 Waiter serving food in 13 group of members. No cutlery and Salt Pepper was on the table until we ask then 2-3 times. Food Quality was good but service was pathetic. Waiters was making fun on my father. No ice and No chilled Mocktails was serve to us. (and billed 3600). and then we ask for the ice then they informed us they are not having ice. WOW We ordered for 1 Normal Chapati and waiter also taken order but after some time he served Tandoor Chapati and told us We are not having Normal Chapati in our Menu. (Wow what a information they have about there Menus) Ordered 3 Salad amongst 1 is ok and remaining other 2 was so bad in the tasty. Order and Service time in around 3Hrs. We served the Main Course to our plates because no waiters are available on the ground. Our Bill - 8500 Around.

So Conclusion : If you have any Special Occasion or want to give any Surprise Party, so please do not CONSIDER this Restaurant...

Big Big disappointment on the second visit, unprofessional staff and below average food. The restuarant staff forgot that people just don't visit on festival days they also visit on regular days also. Have ordered Lasagna which was not at all tasty and when told the staff that I didn't like the Lasagna the staff instead of asking what's wrong they told we make it just this way which is totally unprofessional and rude. The finger bowl had normal water instead of hot water. Said we want certain dish first which they forgot and have to remind them two times. When the bill came I wrote on the bill also that I didn't like the Lasagna but the managers were like who cares for the customer when it's festive time, I have to call out that did you read what I have written or not in which reply was just a murmur. We could understand on festive days because of rush service could be slow but compromise on professionlism and food is...

Disappointed with Staff and Manager behaviour, didn't accept fully paid App Vouchers even after showing them in App and Paytm, also added unnecessary and non-existent conditions like you can't redeem several vouchers at a time and asked us to pay again. only after asking multiple times they accepted and served food. sadly I sent my mother n sister with multiple Vouchers, will never come again after this humiliation.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times , food and service in general is good, I didn't have bas experience until today and it was so irritating;

Not just the staff, but also the Manager behaved like an illiterate. Grow up and embrace technology a little bit, don't doubt customers when they are showing you vouchers as well as payment transactions, Read terms and conditions if you are partnering with a 3rd party!!!
