I visited your store recently, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with either the product or the customer service. The Jamuna Shot I purchased did not meet my expectations, as the quality was below what I anticipated. Additionally, I found the behavior of the staff to be quite unprofessional. I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner, which made my shopping experience unpleasant.

As a loyal customer, I believe in giving constructive feedback to help improve services. I kindly ask that you look into both the product quality and staff training to ensure that future customers do not have similar experiences.
