Disappointing Experience at Maruti Nandan Restaurant

Had a terrible experience at Maruti Nandan Restaurant on November 5th. The service was poor, and the waiter seemed uninterested and unwell. We ordered dal bati, which was stale and 4 days old! The bati was unappetizing, and the vegetarian soup had smelly, unfresh vegetables.

The staff seemed more focused on collecting money than providing good service. They didn't even bother to check on us or offer a decent dining experience. When we complained about the food, they were unprofessional and unapologetic.

To be honest, I've had better food at a roadside dhaba. It's sad that a restaurant like Maruti Nandan can't match the quality of a small dhaba. The food was subpar, and the ambiance was lacking. Considering the location and reputation, I expected much better.

Unless they revamp their service and quality, I'd advise others to avoid this place. One star from me, and that too is generous.

The Food Quality is very of the hotel please do not go here I can say the Marutinandan was good actually But now it is not Actually the hotel was good at Kathiawadi food but the they experimented with Punjabi,Chinese and Finally they are Good for nothing I never had at Hotel due it unhygienic condition the unwashed or dirty plates and spoons etc If u have or will visit during night time the hotel is surrounded with small small insects etc The owner is also not in mood to listen because he is busy I HAVE PARCELS ORDERS MANY TIME BUT NEVER GOT GOOD quality of food The Punjabi food here u will find with less grevy but will more oily Even there Chef dnt have sense of Food and taste It typically a waste of money type of Hotel for food And I dnt think rather then food The hotel...
