Ajay's - Chala, Vapi — Restaurant in Gujarat

I ordered for a peri peri fries and peri peri burger combo from Ajay's through swiggy. I received normal salted fries instead of peri peri fries along with peri peri burger and 4 packets of tomato ketchup. I called at the restaurant and informed the issue to the staff. The staff initially told me that he had added the peri peri masala and it is impossible that you received 4 packets of tomato ketchup, he also said to share the pictures of the order received. I shared the pictures of order and recalled him. He said to share the order number, before I could say the order number he cut the call. Again I called and asked why did you cut the call I am telling you the order number to which he replied " apke liye wait thodi karte rahenge apka online order hai". After this I told him the order number to which he said " agli baar order karna apko de denge peri peri fries". I said him I have already been charged for peri peri fries how can you say this to which he said "apko dekhna hai to idar aao kya dala tha dekhlo". When I said is this how you talk to customer I shall complain he said " ha jao jisko complain karna hai karo". I just want to bring into the notice of the owner please look into this matter, my problem was not resolved by the staff. Even when it was his (staff's ) mistake he spoke arrogantly didn't accept the mistake and shown a very wrong and aggressive attitude towards the customer. Humble request please look into the matter and train the staffs to behave properly with offline as well as online customers.
