Anando Foods - College Road — Restaurant in Gujarat

Yesterday we visited a newly opened outlet of an esteemed restaurants of our city & i thought to share one of our beautiful hospitality experiences we received. as usual it was a mad rush of people & we thought to ask if it was possible to get a table for two persons or not, else, we might as well leave for another place. after hearing a waiting time for 40 mins my husband thought we may better leave. however, the security guard inquired with us about our thoughts and insisted to wait for few more minutes. he assisted us with the parking & directed us to the waiting area. it was 10 pm & after seeing crowd in restaurant & at waiting area, it was understandable that he had a long day, yet, he gave us a smile & left to attend to the next customer that arrived. while waiting, i was watching him & his genuine efforts to help the restaurant function properly. the exact same kind of genuine effort was what we received from the waiter assigned to our table. he seemed extremely tired but he greeted us with smile & assisted us with great hospitality till the moment we left the premise. unfortunately, this waiter's other tables were not functioning well, as was ours, but he was composed & was dealing things with equal responsibility. food was as usual, per our taste & liking. we had recieved hot food, on time before. Yesterday too, we recieved the food on time. we have experienced their food and service before also, so no complaints about that. there was ample sitting arrangement made in the restaurant. basic amenities like parking, waiting area, washroom were available. location is also accessible from main road. it can be found easily as  it has good visibility due to its exterior that is nicely done & a clear signboards. it was our first visit to this restaurant & we were satisfied with their service & hospitality. Very bad experience I thought it would be as comparable as the best dining outlets in Bhuj what is appointed me the old Anand foods which is nearby Amritsar lake is way more better than this thing there were dead flys on the dining table we asked them to clean up but no response they serve water also very late the order is also been taken lately all amongst that there is only one horse song for gents and ladies and food quality I didn't like that I ordered their best selling item kind of which is in anandoo but very much disappointing if you are taking this much money you have to provide the customer that much worth the place looks good from outside and inside but there is no management inside things like card payment are not their this big thing doesn't accept card payments mean what only upi how and where this people are living in the Era' of 2025 check the photos and videos I have uploaded for more details waste of money and time they just are time takers nothing else not I am not...

I had an amazing day at Anando Foods! As the name implies, every mouthwatering taste of the cuisine genuinely delivers Anand (joy). The taste is so mouthwatering that I wanted more and more and more. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the ideal place to savor a delicious meal. Additionally, the service was excellent—always kind and attentive. The taste was too Yum! that umm.....
