Very bad response, we were ask to wait as table was occupied & at the same time table for six was available but we understood and waited when we finally got the call to sit, when we have asked for sizzler, response we got that “sizzler preparing is very time consuming and unnecessary our table will get occupied for long time “. We said humbled way that this is not the right answer and if table time is the case then you must remove such items from the menu, then we got a ridiculous response is that it’s written in menu that whatever is available will be provided. Felt Unwelcome and Judged

As soon as I entered the restaurant, the counter staff immediately asked me if I wanted to eat there or take a parcel — not in a polite or welcoming way, but with a look that made me feel judged, like I didn’t belong or wasn’t capable of affording food there. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. This kind of attitude creates a very negative impression right from the start. Regardless of the food, such behavior from staff is unacceptable. My opinion just got changed before and after dine in. The service is too slow. The food taste is ok ok even after requesting for changes its not working. Another thing rates are more them any other restaurants in city just for example the two extra pav with masala on it for pav- bhaji just cost Rs. 110. Can you imagine that. Just a half size milkshake not thickshake them any other ice cream parlor in city is providing it cost just Rs. 200 and not anything extraordinary.
