Very rude behave of shop owner. Some months ago I brought cake and it was too old tastes sour so I go back with cakeand complaint about that. On that day he even refuse to take complaint bacause when shop owner sell bad things then they take action. On that day I forcefully asked to report about cake then he agreed.

Yesterday, I go for cake buy I gently ased him once I brought cake and it was too old this time is it fresh?? He replied " Levi che to lai jav nai to chalse" ad then he put back cake on that place. It's very arrogant and bad behaviour for any customer.

I always go their only for the brand. But I feel now will never go their for that person's behaviour.

Recommend don't buy from that shop because can't trust that type of person who can't accept their mistake and behae rude. Insult their...

It’s is okayish my personal experience isn’t good because of some things. First is they don’t offer bags for small orders even if you buy till 50rs they don’t give you a bag. Second thing is their puff are too small and don’t have vegetable or the masala we say. What is the point in eating empty puff that to of 25rs. Third their bread weren’t fresh when i bought and it’s been twice with me so now I don’t buy from there shop. All in all my experience wasn’t good with them other things are good...

I tried Atul Bakery for the first time and bought a royal casata pastry, it tasted really bad with a foul taste suggesting it was surely expired but there's no way to know since there is no expiry date or anything. Moreover, it costed 80 Rs and I bought a black forest from another bakery nearby which costed only 40. Money is not the issue but quality that I got for the money and that too from a branded bakery like Atul...
