Extremely disappointing experience with Atul Bakery (Chandkheda branch) — and not just once, but on multiple occasions. Despite sharing the exact cake design in advance, they delivered something completely different, each time simpler and poorly executed. It seems this branch intentionally does this, assuming customers will have no choice but to accept the wrong cake due to urgency. Not only do they overcharge for these basic cakes, but they also try to cover up their own mistakes rather than acknowledging them. The staff remains unapologetic and shows no sense of customer service. After facing this issue two to three times, I’ve decided never to buy anything from this branch again. I strongly advise others — do not order custom or design cakes from this outlet. You may end up disappointed and helpless at the last moment.

Very poor quality of the product and taste as well. The shop keeper suggested some royal chocolate for my son's birthday cake and trust me the cake and taste was awful and two child got vomit after eating this cake. We thrown the cake at same time without serving others. Cake was full of colors (blue with pathetic taste, it was last till 2/3 times handwashing) spent almost INR 2500/- for this awful cake and when I complained to shop keeper he rudely said talk to company's customer care and since last 10th dec, I tried several times to reach their customer care but none can handle the call.
