The staff is extremely rude with the customers. Despite reaching 30-35 mins before the official closing time, staff denied services and started producing baseless excuses to not provide dine-in service such as "system is closed", "batter is finished", "cctv camera will capture that we have taken order post official timings", etc.
Contradictory to what they were speaking, for next 15 mins they accepted Zomato and Swiggy orders and surprisingly the batter was available and system was up again.
Post observing this, me and my friend confronted them with questions about why they denied dine-in service to us but still operating on orders from Swiggy and zomato. So one of the staff members suddenly started abusing and shouted, "dine-in me table vagera saaf karna padega bhaiya, Abhi hum serve nahi karenge - jo hota ho karlo".
We don't expect such unprofessional behaviour and abusive slurs. This should be deeply looked into and no customer should ever face such negative circumstance and rude behaviour for a mere waffle that too 30-35 mins before the official...
