Basil & Beans — Restaurant in Gujarat

We recently visited Basil & Beans in Rajkot with friends (couple outing) and had a pleasant experience overall. The ambiance inside was good, simple and comfortable. It works and isn’t bad at all. The service from the waiters and managers was also good and attentive.

The building where the restaurant is located isn’t maintained very well, and the outdoor seating area feels just okay, nothing special.

For food, we started with Minestrone Soup and Mexican Chilli Milli Soup. Both were really nice and we especially enjoyed the soups. The Tokyo Roma Pizza was decent, while the Focaccia Peri Peri Cheese Fondue was absolutely amazing and a must-try. The Mexican Burrito Bowl was also good.

In mocktails, we tried Black Moontini and Snow on the Beach. They were fine, though I generally don’t enjoy mocktails anywhere, so I won’t judge them too much.

We had a fantastic family dinner at Basil & Beans! The ambiance was really nice and the service was great. We tried their Caesar and Greek salads, and both were amazing! Fresh veggies, perfect seasoning, and loads of cheese. The mushroom soup was one of the best I've had in ages!

For starters, the cigar rolls and croquettes were yummy. The paneer pizza and risotto took a bit of time, but it was worth the wait. They were cooked just right! We also tried some mocktails - the apple cider and kokum mojito were super good! You should definitely try them.
