Breadliner — Restaurant in Gujarat

I bought chocolates for Rs 200 and i paid by card. They swiped my card i also entered the pin and at the end the receipt roll in the machine was over so they said that the money didn't come so they swiped the card again. Then after some time I received a message of Rs. 200 being debited twice. So i went there again and showed them the messages they said that we will paytm you, so i was like ok fine by me so i gave them my QR code to scan but they couldn't scan the code. So i asked them if they can give us cash and Rakesh bhai was like "nai hum cash nai dete, hum aapke paise leke kahi jaa nahi rahe". What does he mean by hum paise leke kahi jaa nahi rahe. I mean saala samaj ke kya rakha hai. Ek toh khud galti karo aur fir customer ko hi sunao. First time i ignored it and again tried paytm but it failed again and again Rakesh bhai said " hum aapke paise leke bhaag nai rahe, app kal aa jaao paise lene hum paytm kar dege". I was like abhi bahaut ho gaya. I mean this is not the way to talk to and treat a customer. Wat was he trying to make us look like by saying hum aapke paise leke bhaag nai rahe. Abhe humne kab bola ki tu paise leke bhaag raha hai. Galti tum log ne ki hum khudke paise lene aaye the tere ghar ke nai. I was really offended so I responded and then it got heated and then the other salesman sailesh jumped in the middle and started talking to us in a very rude way and then that was it. I decided to teach them a lesson and I think I definitely did teach them a lesson. @breadliner you guys should give employment to people who have knowledge about how to use an atm and know how to behave and how to talk to the customer and please make your refund...

Very BAD service to customer. I asked for testing . Employee answer me back that you have to give 70 rs then you can test it . Very bad service. I hope this message will take action.
