BRITISH PIZZA NIKOL — Restaurant in Gujarat

Please read the detailed review before you visit: I visited this place seeing the ratings and reviews and regret it - seems all the fake and posted by their relatives. God Knows.

So i opt for unlimited Pizza pack(260/-) for which they provide listed things: 4 Soups(they only have 3 type of soup firstly) - Weird tasted instead Buy knorr soup 10rs pouch from shop and have it at home, much better than these soups Salads - average - Hygiene was not maintained Pani puri and Dahi puri - May be they put this to greed people, PATHETIC in tasted - Dahi that they used is of worst quality - I swear you can't even have single piece of it Pizza and garlic bread - Garlic bread was good (finally something which i was not expecting after trying all the things mentioned above) Pizza quality - below average

So for 260/- Quality is totally degraded and you'll regret and you left over so much food on the table but you can't help it as it was really pathetic in taste.

Instead what you can do: For soup, make it at home or buy Knorr soup for 10 to 20rs -ENJOY For Pani puri and Dahi puri - go to local vendor and have it with great taste - for 50 - 80/- For Pizza - Go for some local vendor and buy italian pizza or something for 150 and enjoy with great taste.

Suggestion to British Pizza: For Unlimited, please provide less items but atleast provide some quality that you provide.

I am writing this to make people aware about the food and hope this honest review won't get deleted, otherwise will make to Consumer Forum court for this...

We have visited this restaurant more than 10 times, but over the past 4 to 5 visits, we’ve noticed a significant decline in the quality of service.........very slow service .....Staff persons are untrained..... They responds very badly(too too too much late response)....You have to repeatedly ask for spoon, plate, tissue paper ,glasses ,water( 10 baar magoge tab jaake milega) (Dinner khatam ho gaya tab tak cold drink Mila hi nahi....Pani ke sath pizza khana pada)..... when we asked for plate, one staff person told us that we don't have plate right now.....It was the festival of Holi...our mood was ruined due to this restaurant......At the end, we left the place with an empty stomach and then we ate food on roadside food stall...... We understand that the restaurant has staff shortage, but they should be ready in advance for such festive days.....If you have too much patience, then you should visit otherwise you...

I start with the place , place is located near to bhakti Circle and marked over on map , the building in which the restaurant is , fully covered with alot more pizza outlets so if you don't like the place or the major factor "WAITING AT THE RESTURANT" then must shift to other , because at a crowd time they don't even give proper taste i asked for panipuri from starting in the end it came as sir abhi tak nahi mila , then I was having icecream and then went for card bill so the manager and table attendant took my unfinished ice cream Bowl and they after asking why you took the icecream they said I'll manage one , and managed one without brownie afterwards.

Service of table attendant is average , Crowd always too much, No tase when it's crowded,
