Cafe Atmosphere — Restaurant in Gujarat

Previously it was know as secret snug now it is known as atmosphere sports villa. At the time of secret snug there were qr code menu and u can get ur menu and bill into it. Menu was limited but the food and quantity was good according to the price. Now there is increase in price by 30 to 40 percent. Quantity is much lesser compare to price. I won't recommend anymore now this place. The staff and chefs both are changed. I ordered Italian dish which is very worst. The dish described to me was that in dish we will get stuffed roles with baked cheese and I got some garlic chutney spreaded chapati very small roles kind of thing with baked cheese. The quantity is that much less that it can be served to one person. You can order it as starter which only 3 person can taste (that quantity only).

Very very poor service.

They couldn’t add nachos to fondue even after paying extra price. How difficult is that to add a package of nachos?

They couldn’t lower the volume of music.

They served coke and mocktails 30 mnts prior to when food came.. in this hot summer all ice turned water and the drink lost its taste. Their silly reply was mocktails are supposed to be taken before dinner

We ordered cannelloni which none of staff member was able to serve properly..

Also ordered maxican hot pot which was too spicy and inedible. When we already instructed to keep everything medium to low spicy. I literally challenged them to try if any of the other guests tables could eat that.

Nothing good there...

Overall 2 star on all categories. We went their for dinner and ordered strawberry Margherita, Mexican sizzler and ravioli pasta in pesto sauce.

The food was sub par in taste and quality.

The staff is very untrained with no knowledge on how to get the food to the table. The guy carried the cocktail glass in his hand bringing it to the table he kept spilling the drink .

The sizzler was not at all sizzling and quality was bad.

Pasta was a bit better in taste but I doubt quality of its ingredients. Ravioli was tasteless.
