ITS NOT SOME CHEF'S RESTAURANT BUT JUST OWNED BY A FOOL WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

Visiting this place for dinner is just a waste of money because they charge a whole lot more than other 5 star restaurants but there is nothing served worth that amount..nor food and just forget about service...pizza is 450 something..which is served in a take away paper box..they give your paper tray type boxes to eat..and that is a really really cheap experience to have..

YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE TO ORDER YOUR FOOD, THERE ARE NO WAITERS TO TAKE ORDER FROM YOUR TABLE..and there is a good enough chance that what you order may not be available even though it is in the menu..they didn't have garlic bread sticks..lol..so nothing like a seasonal items was not available..just Garlic bread..

We paid almost 1500/- for 2 people and that too when we ordered only 3 items..

So in a nutshell it was a pathetic experience from FOOD & SERVICE perspective..

Staff is inexperienced & useless..when you go to the counter they are busy on call taking orders from customers for home delivery while you wait in line..

Once you are done with your food and then you are supposed to go straight out towards the exit..otherwise they may rudely ask "What you want Sir, why are you here, where are you going, exit is that way.."

The whole place had just one thing good and that was the ambience but these fools don't even know how to behave with customers who are just looking...

As I sip on my lukewarm tea, I can't help but recall the unpleasant experience I had at this cafe. I attempted to make a reservation for a table, but the staff members rudely informed me that they "don't take reservations" and that the wait time was two hours. When I asked for guidance on what to do next or where to wait, the staff member flippantly replied, "Do whatever you want."

It seems that this cafe prides itself on its pretentiousness and inhospitable attitude towards guests. The staff's apathetic and dismissive behavior left a bitter taste in my mouth, even before I took my first bite of food.

Perhaps the management should invest in some basic customer service training for their staff, or better yet, hire individuals who possess the basic human decency to treat their guests with respect and kindness.

Overall great place. Food is nice , Ambience is great(one of a kind in rajkot) . The Only and Very BIG NEGATIVE is how they serve you food. Following the concept and judging by how the ambience is and the rates of tables by the pool side are, the food is served in disposables, which feel extremely cheap, which made my experience extremely worse. They served pizza in a pizza box, Coffee in a cheap diposable mug like how they serve in Tea Post, their mocktail was served in another disposable glass the kind which is generally used for takeaways, which took away all the feel of having a mocktail by the poolside. Until they change this , don't choose the seating by pool side, it just doesn't justify. And also for poolside minimum billing amount can't be met for two because they don't offer that...
