I'm updating my review from 5 stars to 2 stars due to unprofessional behavior and misleading marketing practices.

We visited in July 2025 and saw a prominently displayed poster offering free fries on orders above ₹100. We ordered food worth ₹330 and naturally expected the complimentary fries. However, even after finishing our meal, the fries were never served.

When we inquired, we were told that the fries were out of stock. Shockingly, they were still serving fries to paying customers. When questioned further, we were told the free fries are different—which makes no sense. Are there two kinds of fries? It clearly seemed like an excuse.

I politely asked them to remove the misleading poster, but the staff responded very rudely, with a clear "we don't care" attitude. Other customers noticed, but no one seemed to mind—kisi ko farak nahi pad raha tha.

Totally worst experience with cheese and chips (Anand) because the behavior of the owner is totally with attitude. I just simply ask for cash mamo (Bill) then they rudly says printer is not working so i will not give you and also they charged some amount extra for my order .
