POPTOS MOTABAZAR — Restaurant in Gujarat

I visited this outlet on 12/10/24 and ordered Pizza, Garlic Bread and French fries. From one of the pizza's I got 2 to 3 Stone pieces (photos attached). Staff were suggesting that they will refund the bill amount but I cleared them, I am not interested in refund but I am writing this concern here because small children's also are eating the Pizza's from there. The staff collected my number also and informed me that the POPTOS Team will call me to discuss related this issue but till yet I haven't received any calls or messages from them. I've tried dining in, take away, and delivery, all three at Poptos and it has never disappointed me. The staff at the Vidyanagar branch is very sweet and helpful and the ambience is also nice! My absolute favourite is the Cheesy Puff Garlic Strip which I always get. Apart from that, this time we got Spicy Fries Pizza and Veggie Lover Pizza (with cheese burst in both) and loved both of them! They were fresh, delicious and super cheesy!

Pro-tip: Go on the days when you can get BOGO (Buy One Get One) offer, and you will be in for a treat! They mostly have BOGO on Wednesdays, but it's recommended to check once...

A place that I actually visit 2-3 times a week usually. This place is my go-to if I want to sit quietly and read a book, or have good food or catch up with friends. This is place situated in the middle of all the hustles and bustles of Vidyanagar. It has some really great cheese crust pizzas and burgers. It has a great menu where you find that they don't boast about stuff by giving fast food fancy names and over-pricing things. Instead the food is awesome and the price is just right!
