Connected and booked NYE 24 via allevents. Payment was made on the given link, but there was no confirmation by mail or message till 30 Dec 24. So, I called and was given the Manager's number, Mr. Pawan Chaudhary.
Mr. Chaudhary said the venue was full, but luckily, the person I spoke to for details was his MD, so he asked us to call him when we arrived, and he would take care of everything.
On NYE, we called, and Mr. Chaudhary came to the entrance. To our surprise, he had no clue of his venue's protocols. Security stopped us a couple of times and had to bother him. He did not even have the decency to let us know our designated area, or perhaps he himself was not aware.
The DJ was good, but he played popular sad and romantic songs at a high tempo as if there were a shortage of high-energy club tracks in Hindi and Punjabi. The 1st lot he played in 2025 consisted of Kaho na Kaho, Beetein Lamhe, Ishq Beparvah, etc... The welcome of the new year was nostalgic instead of a bang.
Finally, we went to dinner, which was included in our coupon, but security asked for our pass. So, we called the Manager, Mr. Choudhary, and he took 15 minutes to come. Then he had no idea, so we looked around and finally caught hold of the owner.
We informed the owner regarding our situation and showed the Gpay receipt for booking but he was least interested. We are not used to this disrespectful treatment so after we were done with dance floor, we left and had dinner elsewhere.
Overall good potential but...
Read moreI had a terrible experience at this café. The way they treat customers is completely unacceptable. There is a huge price difference between the offline menu and the mobile app menu. Initially, they told me the app menu had discounts while the offline menu did not. Since I didn’t want to sign up for ordering or collect loyalty points, I asked for the offline menu. However, when I received the bill, I realized that the offline menu prices were outdated. When I confronted them, they casually responded that the offline menu is old—something they failed to mention earlier. This felt misleading and dishonest.
On top of that, even though the sofas were empty, they refused to let us sit there unless we paid a ₹4,000 seating charge. This is absurd! I have never seen such an unreasonable policy in Rajkot. It feels like they are just trying to rip off customers at every opportunity.
As for the food, it was just okay—not great, not terrible—but definitely overpriced for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I do not recommend this place.
I urge the management to be more transparent about pricing, remove unfair seating charges, and treat customers...
Read moreThey created a great facade of sophistication from outside but once inside it's more like a cafe spot with dirty tables, inattentive staff and loud music. People smoking without regards to other patrons. I guess this may be fine as they are targeting younger audiences and social media influencers but families with children should definitely give a second thought before visiting.
Visitors also need to know that while there are regular tables, the best ones are kept behind so called Cover Charge, a minimum charge model where you'll have to shell out anywhere between 2K to 6K for a table and then offset it against your bill.
The only silver lining is their food. While the menu is not diverse enough, if you're into Neapolitan pizzas or pastas, you are going to love it.
One final note. There is no sitting arrangement for waiting people. Either you stand there or sit in your car. And waiting can be as long as an hour or so depending on traffic.
My verdict, I enjoyed my visits but fell short of...
