Chimambhai, the most famous Ragda man serving his special Ragda since 1970s. From more than 5 decades, the only 2 thing is changed: his age and pricie of plate. Quality and quality maintained consistently from then. He is standing in his very old renovated cart and doing business for only 3-4 hours a day. Opening time 9 AM and by 11:30 AM, his almost out of stock.
He is standing in very narrow street inside old Nadiad and reaching him is a challenging task for an outsider, but luckily with help of local friend we reach there easily and got some last dishes of his delicious Ragda.
Chimanbhai, his wife and his son are running the business supporting each other. Pricing is too cheap compared to quality and quantity... Taste is very unique, balanced with spices and really palate soothing... Highly recommended place.
Note: Don't think to bring your car inside. Better to park somewhere near Santram tower and hire a return auto ricksha...
