I recently had the pleasure of visiting a Ciao pizzeria that served Neapolitan pizza with a delightful twist – margaritas and basil pesto. The experience left me utterly satisfied and eager to share my thoughts about this hidden gem.

Upon entering the restaurant, the cozy and welcoming atmosphere immediately set the mood for a delightful dining experience. The aroma of freshly baked pizza wafted through the air, piquing my anticipation.

I decided to go for the Neapolitan pizza topped with margaritas and basil pesto, a combination I had never tried before. As soon as my order arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant colors and the heavenly scent. The pizza’s thin, wood-fired crust was perfectly charred, promising a crispy yet tender bite.

The margaritas, crafted with sweet cherry tomatoes, aromatic basil, and creamy mozzarella, added a burst of freshness to each slice. The flavors were well-balanced, and the tomatoes provided a delightful burst of sweetness, which complemented the savory mozzarella excellently.

Now, let’s talk about the basil pesto. It was nothing short of exceptional – a vivid green concoction with a rich nutty flavor, beautifully mingling with the other toppings. The earthy aroma of the basil paired brilliantly with the tangy tomatoes and the mild creaminess of the cheese.

One thing that stood out to me was the authenticity of the Neapolitan style. The pizza was cooked to perfection in a traditional wood-fired oven, resulting in a lightly blistered crust and a heavenly charred flavor.

The service was friendly and attentive, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff seemed passionate about their craft, and their knowledge about the ingredients and preparation methods only enhanced the overall experience.

To top it all off, the restaurant offered a small but curated selection of desserts, and I couldn’t resist trying their homemade tiramisu. It was a delightful end to an already fantastic meal.

In conclusion, if you’re a pizza enthusiast looking to explore unique and flavorful combinations, I highly recommend trying the Neapolitan pizza with margaritas and basil pesto at this hidden gem. The warm ambiance, exceptional service, and mouthwatering flavors make it a dining experience worth cherishing. I cannot wait to return and savor their delectable...

Unfortunately, my recent dining experience at ciao was a major disappointment. The food was incredibly amazing but the service was very slow. I was here with my cousins to have quality time and enjoy ourselves but here we had to wait for a whole hour. However, what truly ruined our evening was the interruption from the manager. In the middle of our meal, the manager approached our table and told us that we cannot drink the cold drinks we brought with us. In a normal scenario we would've agreed and kept our beverages on the side but here the situation was a little different we already drank half of them. Then the most disrespectful event happened, they asked us to either hide them and keep them below the table or pack our half drunk soft drink cans. They even offered to keep our beverages in their refrigerators but again what's the point of it? Like has anybody ever seen someone eat a pizza first and then drink cold drinks after the meal? Also, the first option they came up with was to pack and take away, now who asks their customer to leave like that in the middle of their meal. All because of a 200 or 300 rupees worth cold drink in front of pizza worth more than 2000. It's not like we sneaked in the beverages, they were on the table for the whole hour while we waited, they were clearly noticeable. Another thing I would like to mention is that according to them it's a premium place and a similar rule is witnessed in every exotic restaurant. Firstly, we don't feel like it is a premium or exotic place. Secondly, calling themselves premium did sound like they were down playing us and they might think of us as some outcast people. This completely disrupted our dining experience and made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. We were left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with our visit. Neither we would visit this place nor recommend...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can't say enough good things about Ciao Pizzeria on the outskirts of Karnavati Mumatpura Road. It's truly a hidden gem in the world of pizza!

What makes it stand out is its commitment to quality over quantity. The menu is relatively limited, but that's where the magic happens. With fewer options, they excel in perfecting each pizza they offer. It's a case of less is more, and it works brilliantly in their favor.

One unique aspect of this place is its proximity to Cafe BrewGarten. This means you can pair your pizza with some great coffee, creating a palate-pleasing combination.

A word of advice: if you plan to visit on the weekend, make sure to arrive early. The minimum order delivery time for their 13-inch pizzas can be around 45 minutes due to the high demand. But trust me, it's worth every minute of that wait!

The ordering process is seamless, with multiple digital payment options available. They've got a tech-savvy kitchen that ensures efficiency in service.

Now, let's talk about the stars of the show – the pizzas! We ordered the Aglio Olio Pizza, Quattro Formaggi Pizza, and Truffle and Mushroom Pizza. The base was delightfully thin and soft, practically melting in our mouths. The generous cheese and toppings, all doused in olive oil, created an explosion of flavors. The garlic and cheese combination was a real treat for the taste buds.

Lastly, I must commend the service. It was not only quick but also very accommodating. The staff here truly understands the importance of customer satisfaction.

In summary, Ciao Pizzeria is a must-visit for any pizza lover looking for quality and flavor over quantity. It's a culinary experience you won't want to miss. I'll definitely be coming...
