I have been to this place twice. The second time, I suggested the place for my uncle's birthday celebration. My uncle wanted a restaurant with outdoor seating, good food and not over priced. Needless to say, the Rustik Café checked all of these boxes.

What worked for us was (i) Delicious food - We ordered several food items and all of them were up to the mark. The quantity was also sufficient (one starter/curry can serve four) (ii) No-non sense food menu. While there is enough variety in terms of cuisine, the items are selected for each cuisine (really helps in case of choice overload). (iii)The place is also very pocket friendly. We were 17 people and it cost us around 8K (could have been lesser but we splurged).. (iv)This is a perfect place for a quiet dinner and for gatherings. They have a special seating for gatherings (can accommodate 20-25 people), having your own space really helps knowing how loud we can be. And this ensures nice-quiet time for all the others.

No doubt the food was decent but the service sucked. We asked for gravy manchurian with fried rice, they brought us manchurian fried rice. They brought drinks before food, when asked to bring them with food, they brought food and forgot about drinks. We were asked to order gravy manchurian again separately. We asked them to pack the pizza, they put one slice on another and made it a sandwich. When asked thrice if they accept card payment, they brought qr code all three times after saying yes for card payment. The staff was just so confused. They should seriously consider...
