I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, often enjoying their ice cream and thick shakes. However, today I had a very disappointing experience. The thick shake I ordered had spoiled or stale almonds in it. When I raised the issue, the shopkeeper casually dismissed my concern, saying everything was fine and that it might just be salty nuts — not spoiled.

I was really surprised by the lack of responsibility and poor customer service. There was no genuine effort to understand the customer’s issue or to ensure a quality experience. Sadly, this attitude has made it clear to me that customer satisfaction is not a priority here anymore. I won’t be visiting this...

Now much better quality coco and all item in dairy onn , when this parlour was dairy don , quality was so bad for last 6 month and dairy don was increasing its products price and quality was inferior day by day so when I asked owner about quality , they told that we are leaving dairy don because of quality issue and so much complaint and now this is dairy onn with super quality products and yes really now it's quality is so much great than...

I ordered two things from the menu Red velevet with brownie and Sundeys. The sundeys was good but the red velvet with brownie was not upto the mark...they did warm the brownie but it was so hard that the spoon broke. I tried complaing but the person behind the counter said you have to eat it in two min or you cannot eat. Since when does a brownie get so hard that it breaks the spoon? . Not a great...
