Danny's Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Gujarat

I took a break from indoor restaurants and visited a rooftop spot; Danny Cafe Ahmedabad, a Rooftop Cafe located at 315, Orbit, Rajpath Rangoli road, Near PDPU Auditorium, Ahmedabad.

It was a beautiful time when I entered the place when a sunset was at that supremely magical hour when the sky changes colors like a mood ring.

I simply enjoyed a glass of good cold coffee with bourvita toppings with a slice of sandwiches, french fries and pizzas on a rooftop of a restaurant may just be the perfect way to wind up my day. We also enjoyed Mexican hot pot.

The coffee is just right to inject me with refreshing evening tiredness. Enjoyed every sip of it. It has been my personal favourite since long. Love it's ambiance of twinkling lights, sofas, chairs, sandbags and conversation areas.

Interesting part was to hear the journey of the owner of Danny's coffee bar. He styled himself in attire of Amitabh Bachan. A 48 year man started his journey with a small cart selling coffee at the age of 16 and today he reached with a roof top restaurant. His joureny was quite interesting. He is man of heart who protects and shelters pets and rescue them from odds. He is more a pet lover too.

Like me if you are looking for a place to catch up with friends over good food or a quiet place with just a book and a cup of coffee to keep you company, Danny's rooftop cafe in Ahmedabad is the place to offer something for everyone's liking.

One of the best Danny's in the town. A property in a moderately new building with rooftop services and inside dining available also. Ambiance is good here, ofcourse rooftop cafe's hits different. Although ambiance was quiet and nice, lightings on the tables are very less. And they have made the menu in a way on cardboard plates with craved prints, it becomes hard to read with low lights. Beanbags option was great as its comfy and relaxing, but they do need refill of beans. Food was quite tasty I say but I tortellini was not available. But whatever I ordered was delicious. Service is not a big issue but inside outside both arrangements are hard to manage and its understandable I guess. Overall good place to hangout...

Not a good experience at all. We were a group of 7-8 people and ordered food around 2-3K. They still couldn't wait even a second to clear the table and make us leave as soon as we finished eating. They had kept a projector for match which was the reason that we went there. They still seem to be in so much hurry to hand over our bill before even the last bite goes into our mouth and clear the table. Ridiculous behaviour and disrespectful staff. Would not recommend. Food was also at par. Its too hot and they even provide fans for outside sitting. They have few fans which they randomly give to customers that they liked, probably, as we didn't get any and table next...
