Today, we visited Dominoz to have our dinner. There we met a guy named Dhruv Patel. He greeted us well.

As usual, we were in a dilemma in terms of ordering dinner. He explained us well.

SERVICE IS COMPROMISED : Service by Mr. Dhruv Patel was much appreciated. But overall service wasn't that good as he was the only guy who was taking orders, cleaning the tables, etc.

FOOD QUALITY & TASTE IS COMPROMISED : Dominos has to work on the quality of the food. Not up to the mark. Dominos need to work on the taste of the food. Not up to the mark.

VALUE OF THE GOOD CANDIDATES : Being a customer, we're giving our honest review to value such candidates, giving them a good opportunity to enhance themselves. We appreciate Mr. Dhruv Patel. Good in communication & service.

Visited them on 17th March , 1315hr. It was hot in there . 3/4 AC's were out of order. I already had ordered some pizza by the time this abnormilty was noticed. Based on inconvenience I demanded customer complain, which Dominos don't have provided.

I insisted to cancel the order as experience was not good, the manager did same and assured that refund will be provided within week.

As soon as i left the door a message pop-up that your order is ready.

I get back to the manager and provide me canclation slip which he did'nt.

-I think its a fraud to confirm that order have been cancled and its actually not.

-Dominos should also keep a complain book with their staff.

This place every pizza lover needs to visit reasons to visit is because awesome co ordinative understandable and enthusiastic staff ! Whenever I have visited these guys have never been partial with there customers great team work and special attention given to all . They are not just behind sales but best customer service and make u feel at ease as home. They let u take decisions instead commanding over u . Infrastructure awesome , a c always working , high level of patience while taking orders . Wash room is neat and tidy.
