First of all I want to say that will dwell in city Surat famous for sweets and Street food. We all want to eat more sweets as we all are sweeter to others. Basically I have been eating sweets since 2000 from Kailash wet and I have seen they have they have on the increase their store so that to reach more and more number of peoples. till date I have eaten when is sweet some of them I want to tell rasgulla,kaju katli, gulab, sonpapdi, halvo, and many Bengali sweets.not only sweets even samosa kachori and other snacks also I have a time there. the caller today maintain is very much I prefer the most. And also I didn't forgot that chutney they specially give it samosa. The atmosphere most of the Kailash sweets are there is very much good and I want to say that there they maintain a very clean and neat environment across them all the facilities are very good even we have drinking water over there at specially at summers. The counter cash countis also very good the people and their and the service provided by 10th are also good we canpayment can be done now in very easy way by up Paytm and many other online applications or if you want you can you also swipe your card AVN credit or debit card apart from that if you want you can give cash to them directly ha-ha. Moreover the especially thanks for the packing department that there pack all the sweets very premium quality package.Angel rappers that are also too much attractive to all the youngster and even children's . And yes of course I want to say that when I was a child I usually go and taste most of the students for free haha. Ok after I would like to say that whole all the sweets in Surat offered by Kailash sweets...

Worst Ever Experience

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at Kailash Sweets, a brand I always trusted for its name and quality.

I purchased sweets worth ₹1200, but by mistake, I made an online payment of ₹3600. Instead of helping me resolve the issue responsibly, the shop owner refused to return my extra ₹2400, either in cash or via online refund. He insisted that I buy sweets worth the remaining amount, which was completely unfair and unprofessional.

After much hassle, I had to convince another customer at the shop to transfer ₹2400 to me online — just to recover my own money that was wrongly taken by the store!

Such behavior from a reputed and well-known brand like Kailash Sweets is truly unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of customer ethics, transparency, and empathy. I strongly urge others to be very careful while making online payments here and to double-check everything, as customer support and accountability seem to be missing.
