We had issues with this dominos outlet everytime with one thing or other. One time we had seen them filling orders of the people who had come after us. When complained about it, they didn't care about it. Whenever we order from them online, there calls can never be reached. Once we ordered for cheese burst, we received order without cheese burst. We couldn't even complaint because no numbers could be reached. Once we had ordered tacos, but they were out so they had sent garlic bread instead of refunding or intimating us. Today we had ordered for two small pizzas where there was 30 minutes delivery guarantee. The pizza delivery guy came 10 minutes late and when told he started giving excuses like, "it is only one minute. Your house is not on the ground floor(even though we had lift). It is not my problem,tell the company. You're making other orders late." When talked with the company, he was asked to leave but he shouted in the whole appartment and behaved like a child which hurt our reputation. We went to the branch with the pizzas to return the pizzas and they did not even say a word. The staff of this specific branch is bogus. The delivery people are dude and they don't care about anything. They just want to get rid of the customers. NEVER SEEN SUCH...

When I finally did get someone's attention, they were curt and seemed annoyed by my questions about the menu. The service didn't improve when it came to receiving my order either. The pizza was handed over without a word or a smile, and it was evident that the staff had no interest in providing a positive customer experience. There was no offer of plates or napkins, and I practically had to beg for a dip I had ordered. Overall, the lack of basic customer service was appalling. It's a shame that what should have been a quick and enjoyable meal was soured by such unhelpful and discourteous staff. Domino's seriously needs to invest in better training for their employees on how to interact with customers. I left feeling frustrated and certainly won't be returning to this location...
