Domino's Pizza | Chandkheda, Ahmedabad — Restaurant in Gujarat

This is the WORST outlet of domino's. They make testless pizzas. I had bad experience twice. And when you complain about it they will simply tell you sir your next pizza will be free from our side that is what we can do sir. But where is the test bro? Why don't u try to make good pizzas . 👉Once when ordered they put all the mushrooms on one side of pizza all onions on the other corner n they don't apply proper pizza sauce on the pizza. When i complained about that they told me next time we will take care of it. 👉2nd time a few days ago when i visited it again i ordered 6 pizzas garlic bread n 2 bottles of pepsi. ( for family party ) they didn't give pepsi n garlic bread. They just forgot it. N when i complained they said sry sir next time apka pizza free ho jayega. Come on bro i don't want that just give me a good pizza this time.🙄🙄 Instead of going here find LA PINO'S( or any other) around you they really offer better quality than this . 👎👎👎 Don't waste your money. ગુજરાતીમા કહુ તો ભંગાર...

Date - 22/10/24 And this is 3rd time when they delivered worst food & also delayed delivery. They didn't put a little sauce in my taco.... Very bad outlet, they need to improve customer service executives behaviour.

So at first I ordered pizzas at my home which comes within their 30 minute delivery guarantee scheme. The order was received after 1 hr 15 min of wait time. I already paid through online mode hence the order was prepaid. Now, as per the T&C they were supposed to refund 300rs to me for the inconvenience, their guy forgot to update this in my dominos wallet on the same day despite giving reminder. After confronting him, he assured me to give 300 rs discount the next time we order from their outlet.

Now, he stops answering the calls. So I had to eventually go to their store and tell the other staff about this ordeal. They then force me to order through the delivery menu of dominos which charges extra amount as taxes. Now when I confront their manager that why should I pay extra for delivery although I am sitting in the restaurant, he casually says that I don't have any problem to deliver it to your place. I mean, what kind of a joke are your customers to you!! I am not fool to have spent my fuel to come to their shop and then order food at my home.

Pathetic and very unprofessional behavior from the staff of this store. The simple solution would have been to reimburse the extra delivery charge as well. But these guys are not in their...

Whole Domino's company is fraud. They are replying E-mail us. I send e-mail they reply we will solve issue in 48 hours. 48 overs already over I didn't get any response. Domino's is cheater. Worst domino's outlet in Ahmedabad. Always deliver late and cold food intentionally. They don't update order status delivered because I orderd pizza with coupen 100₹ discount and 50₹ cashback but they didn't put order delivered. 30 minutes delivery is totally fake he arrived after 50 minutes and when I delivery person name Bhavar Patel arrived I asked why are you late? Then he angry on me he told I went for fueling petrol I told him you should fuel petrol after delivered order or before picking up order. Then he told my bike running from morning so it was empty. The time was 3:00 pm store open at 11:00 am. In 4 hours fuel tank empty how? This is the strategy of Chandkheda outlet and domino's to make a fool people. It was my last order from chandkheda domino's. I tried to help from domino's but they didn't help. They always reply we will contact you in 24 hours. More than 55 hours over. They didn't give 50₹ cash back and no option for raise request for refund of 30 minutes...
