3rd class service, ordered a drive and pick option to pick order from the store first of all I waited 30 mins for them to come and later on they put on the delivered to my order without handing over the order to me.
Later on when I asked for the order at the counter then unapologetically they said the order is ready sir. When I asked why am I supposed to come here and take it myself there was no answer for that.
When I asked for a bag they asked for 10 rupees I said fine please show me the qr code.
She said only cash sir.
Idk if I'm ordering a 2k rupees order and I'm also okay paying the amount but it's not in my hand if I don't have cash.
Pathetic behaviour and brand experience. So sorry so bad.

Moreover, this is the nearest Domino's store to my address, just 2.6 km away.
When I explained this to them, they responded by saying that my location was “too far,” and they couldn’t deliver. This left me extremely frustrated and confused. If Domino’s is not willing to deliver within a 3 km radius, why is my address even listed as a serviceable location on their online ordering system?
