This place is in such a nice spot but the staff is going to bring down Dominos reputation with their attitude here. The billing counter did not have anyone, I waited, some staff saw my face and just continued to work instead of asking concerned person to attend me. Funniest part was one of the person staring me (a short lady) is responsible for billing and taking orders. She came with running nose and clearly was sick. I understand they are trying to make a living but during covid it was frightening to see a person coughing and sick to handle the order/billing section. The tables were dirty, chairs not arranged, lot of dust. I had to request them to clear the table for us. They did not bother giving the order on table and kept it on a very dirty different table and asked us to pick it up. It clearly was very stupid of the person to keep it there. The order took so long to be a prepared that I honestly did not feel I'm in Dominos. I have been a regular to Dominos in different parts of India but this was such a disappointment. 1.First impression:utmost messy. The moment we entered the store, almost all tables had leftover food. Staff did not bothered to clean it. The chairs were spread out across the floor. Even the floor was messy and stained. Started to question myself, is this the standard do Domino's.
Second impression: utmost unhygienic. The staff were clearly not following the safety practices. Few quick things we noticed during placing order
The keyboard that staff used for placing order was covered with flour
The staff taking order and making dough were same or interchanging. Well that might not be the concern, but they did not even bothered to wash/clean hands before changing their roles
The coocking staff were not wearing any kind of apron, cooking hat or plastic gloves. Preparing dough with raw hands that you touch keyboard with every now and then....well it's a big no, atleast for me.
