A few days ago we ordered 2 pizza and garlic bread n tacos from this Dominos.. I placed the order at 8:11 ….. According to their rules, it should have been delivered in half an hour… But the food delivery boy came at 9:05 pm….(there was no rain on that day..)) when we asked the delivery boy why he was late..he started to give excuses… All the food had become completely cold. I couldn't even chew the bread… The pizza bread was also very hard… we had to throw away the food…when i tried to contact the domino’s store they didn’t picked up the call..then i tried to contact custmore care ..but But the customer care phone was not reachable…When I filled their complaint form, I always got their message 4-5 times.. “ we tried to contact u on ur phone..but u were not reachable.”” 2 din sb aese chla…their service is third class. Very disappointed..if someone isspending money or huying something from you…its ur responibility to give best service and food to them. This was not expected...
